Service Insights
What’s the difference between a Comfort Check™ and Comfort Restore™?
A Comfort Check™ is a yearly system checkup. We inspect, test, and tune your equipment so it runs safely and efficiently. A Comfort Restore™ goes deeper. We clean key parts, check airflow and refrigerant, and bring your system as close to ‘like new’ as we can. It’s ideal before peak heating or cooling season.
How often do I need service for my system?
Most Upper Valley homes do well with a Comfort Check™ once a year. If you want extra protection and peak efficiency, our semiannual Comfort Restore™ Plan gives you two deeper visits per year—one before heating season and one before cooling season.
What’s included in the maintenance plans?
Each plan includes scheduled Comfort Check™ or Comfort Restore™ visits (depending on the plan you choose), plus memberonly perks: 10% discount on parts and priority service booking. During each visit, we inspect, test, and tune your system so it’s ready for the season ahead.
What does the 10% parts discount cover?
The 10% discount applies to most parts we supply and install during a repair or maintenance visit as part of your plan. It does not apply to labor or to full system replacements, but it can still save you a lot over the life of your equipment.
How does priority service booking work?
As a maintenance plan member, you go to the front of the line. When you call or book online, we reserve our earliest available appointment windows for members first—especially during peak weather or busy times.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
Yes. If your needs change, you can talk with us about adjusting or canceling your plan. We’ll help you pick the level of coverage that makes the most sense for your home, and we’ll explain how any changes affect your future visits and perks.
